includes built-in and web browser support for display of DNA sequencing
analysis data files!
Data Viewer 4.2
is included with Perkin Elmer's
TotalChrom/Turbochrom
Client/Server. Data Viewer 4.2
is tested for compliance with the famous
Chromatography Data
System software,
and directly access all versions of TC raw files starting
with Turbochrom 3. The two installation programs are fully
integrated, for a seamless installation
of the
two products. Custom programs can be easily written to produce HTML
reports from Turbochrom reports.
Data Viewer 4.2 recognizes specially designed Perkin Elmer
extension libraries, that can be plugged in to provide support for new types of data.
