Bug fixes

- Content of certain lists contains garbage, for example in the New Database Wizard pages.
The common control library that ships with Windows NT SP5 has been changed. Fixed in the base libraries code.
- Database Organizer popup menu works differently than document option "Show Organizer"
A problem with this popup menu items has been fixed.
- Problems reading floating point numbers written as strings inside ASCII-XY files:
This only occurs when the locale settings use a comma for the decimal separator character (most European countries). Does not affect any binary files, such as Turbochrom files. Fixed in the parser code.
- Some Internet Sites are not identified as HTML documents:
The reason is that web pages, especially on International sites, can have any type of name, such as "www.microsoft.nl", or "www.microsoft.it" etc. and their "extension" is not recognized as a known file extension. We have improved our file type detection algorithm, to also analyze the first part of a filename, and assign to files with an http or ftp or www prefix the HTML type. We also added the new Microsoft extension, ".asp".
