If you see this text,

The AB Visualization Components contain an ActiveX control adding new and powerful user interface features to your web browser. 
  1. Please, make sure your browser is enabled to accept safe and signed ActiveX controls.

  2. Choose to trust AB Visualization Components in the Security dialog.

Click Refresh/Reload button to try again.

Troubleshooting...
1. Are you sure you are using Internet Explorer and Windows?
We are very sorry, presently only Internet Explorer on Windows supports automatic download. If you are using other browsers you should install this product from the distribution CD.

2. Did you choose YES in the Security dialog?
Check to trust Analytical Systems Components and choose YES in the Security dialog.

3. Security settings of your browser too high?
Please, make sure your browser is enabled to download, install and run safe and signed ActiveX controls. Do not use the highest security level.

If all that points are OK, you should be able to use it now.
